Expressive Arts Therapist | Educator | Multilingual Practitioner
Available in English, French, and Italian
I’m an Expressive Arts Therapist and longtime educator who is endlessly inspired by creativity, connection, and the ways we navigate life’s twists and turns. My own experiences with childhood trauma shaped my path early on as it planted a steady calling to sit beside others in their healing and help them discover the strength that lives within. After 27 years in the classroom, I followed that calling and trained in expressive arts therapy at The CREATE Institute. It’s been a joy-filled journey ever since, one that lets me hold space for people as they transform pain into possibility through creative expression and authentic connection. I’m trauma-informed and relational at heart. That means we move at your pace, with choice, collaboration, and safety at the center. Alongside expressive arts, I draw on gentle somatic awareness and nervous-system (polyvagal-informed) practices to support regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. I speak English, French, and Italian, so we can connect in the language that feels most natural to you. In our time together, we might explore drawing, movement, poetry, collage, sound, or writing, whatever creative doorway feels right in the moment. No artistic experience is needed, just a willingness to be curious. It’s not about making something “perfect”; it’s about expressing what’s real and discovering more of who you are along the way. Conversation itself can be a creative and healing space, so our work may simply begin there.Talking together is also an important part of the process, and sometimes words themselves are the doorway we use. What matters most is finding the path that feels true to you and your unique way of healing. However we approach it, the focus is always on what supports your personal process.. I bring curiosity and playfulness to this work. I aim to create a relaxed, welcoming space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported, especially if you’re carrying the impacts of childhood trauma, navigating anxiety or stress, moving through life transitions, or rebuilding self-worth. If you’re ready to tap into your onw path and therapeutic journey and see where your imagination might lead. Let’s begin, one step at a time, no pressure, lots of curiosity.
