Come as you are — your story belongs here. I’m an Expressive Arts Therapist and longtime educator, guided by a deep reverence for creativity, connection, and the many ways we learn to carry our stories through life’s winding path. My own journey was shaped early by childhood trauma, which planted a quiet, steady calling: to sit beside others in their healing and help them remember the strength that has always lived within. For 27 years, I held space in classrooms- listening, witnessing, guiding until that inner voice led me to train in Expressive Arts Therapy at The CREATE Institute. Since then, it has been a joy-filled and humbling path, one where I get to witness pain reshaped into possibility through creativity and connection.
My approach is trauma-informed and relational, which means we move gently and collaboratively, with safety and choice at the center. Alongside expressive arts, I weave in somatic awareness and polyvagal-informed practices to support the nervous system, deepen self-compassion, and foster resilience. I speak English, French, and Italian, and we can connect in the language that feels most like home to you.
In our sessions, we might draw or move, write poetry or simply sit with sound or silence. You don’t need to be an artist only curious. This work isn’t about making something “perfect,” but about giving voice to what’s real and discovering more of who you are along the way. Sometimes, healing begins with words. Conversation can be a canvas too — a space for meaning, reflection, and transformation. However we begin, the process is always shaped by your pace, your rhythm, your truth. I bring curiosity, warmth, and playfulness to this work.
My intention is to create a space where you feel deeply seen and gently supported especially if you’re carrying the echoes of childhood trauma, navigating stress or anxiety, facing a life transition, or slowly reclaiming your sense of worth. If you’re ready to explore your own path and see where imagination might lead, let’s begin. One step at a time. No pressure. Just presence, and a lot of heart.
