My style is client-centered, flexible, and evidence-based. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals, drawing from approaches such as:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for shifting unhelpful thought patterns
• Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and balance
• Somatic-based strategies to reconnect mind and body and manage stress
Together, we’ll create a space where you feel heard and supported. Therapy may involve exploring patterns, developing coping strategies, or reconnecting with strengths and parts of yourself that may feel unheard. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and empowered.
A Bit About Me
Living in Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, the United States, Canada, and Qatar has shaped who I am today. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for diversity and for the many ways culture and environment can shape people, their values, and how they move through the world. It also sparked my love for travel, and I hope to visit many more places.
Outside of work, I prioritize spending time with my loved ones. I enjoy exploring philosophy, playing the piano, and trying to lead an active and healthy lifestyle.
