Welcome, I’m glad you’re here
I’m a Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and life experiences. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, low self-worth, or feeling stuck in old patterns, I’m here to support you at your own pace.
Therapy, to me, is a collaborative journey. I won’t tell you what to do or who to be instead, we’ll work together to make sense of your inner world and build tools for healing, connection, and clarity.
My Approach
I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches depending on what best fits your needs, including:
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Supportive Talk Therapy
- Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
- Solution Focused Based Therapy (SFBT)
While I incorporate theory and structure, my sessions are grounded in empathy, presence, and curiosity. I pay close attention to the meanings you’ve made of your experiences and the stories you carry, especially those shaped by culture, relationships, and identity. Together, we can gently challenge what no longer serves you and nurture more helpful ways of relating to yourself and others.
Who I Work With
I work with adults and youth (16+) of diverse backgrounds and identities, including those navigating:
-

-

As a Palestinian-Canadian therapist who has lived in multiple countries, I bring an appreciation for complexity, displacement, and the silent griefs that can come with change, family, and belonging. My practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, and culturally attuned.
